Job summary

We are seeking a Staff Product Manager with 7-10+ years of experience in AI-native software, who can lead the development of AI products, define product strategy, and work closely with engineering and data science teams in a fast-paced startup environment to shape enterprise marketing solutions.

Responsibilities

The Staff Product Manager will own large, ambiguous problem spaces and define product strategy across major company-level initiatives. They will partner with engineering and data science teams to build, evaluate, and improve innovative AI-native solutions for enterprise marketers.

Qualifications

AI product development AI/ML business outcomes collaboration with engineers & data scientists communication & leadership cross-functional leadership data science metrics & analytics product management product strategy

Candidates must have 7–10+ years of product management experience, specifically with building AI-native software or data-intensive applications. A proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and shipping new AI product capabilities from concept to adoption is required.
