Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CEO, pressure-testing scientific bets and turning complex technical questions into actionable plans. Manage executive alignment, board preparation, and investor communications to accelerate the company's scientific superintelligence platform.

Qualifications

Board and Investor Relations Communication Cross-Functional Collaboration Decision Making Leadership Operational Management Project Management Science/AI Disciplines Strategic Planning Technical Fluency in Science/AI

Requires 8+ years of progressive experience as a founder or senior operator, with a PhD or equivalent hands-on training in AI or a scientific domain. Must possess high emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate high-stakes complexity in an early-stage, fast-scaling environment.
