Job summary

Responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for designated patients while coordinating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to support safe, effective outcomes. Educate patients and families, contribute to quality improvement, and support the nursing team through communication, delegation, mentoring, and leadership.

Qualifications

Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, a Pennsylvania registered nurse license, and American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification upon hire. Candidates must demonstrate current nursing competence, basic computer skills, the ability to prioritize patient care, and completion of specialty orientation and unit-specific competencies; a bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred.
