Job summary

Join a medical-surgical inpatient unit as a Registered Nurse providing compassionate, evidence-based care to adult patients before or after surgical procedures, collaborating with healthcare team members, and educating patients and families.

Responsibilities

The Clinical Nurse provides and coordinates evidence-based nursing care for medical and surgical patients across the care continuum. They collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to monitor patient status, administer treatments, and educate patients and families regarding recovery plans.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold an Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) and an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or a Compact state. A Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association is required, and graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program is preferred.
