Job summary

The Retail Sales Consultant position involves guiding customers through product options, meeting sales targets, engaging in community events, and providing personalized sales expertise in a fast-paced retail environment. The role requires a consultative sales approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to evolving technology and customer needs. Prior retail experience is a plus, but training is provided.

Responsibilities

You will engage with customers to provide personalized sales solutions and meet monthly sales targets. Additionally, you will participate in community events, manage online orders, and conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
