Job summary

PRN Physical Therapist sought to join NHC Milan's in-house rehab team. Responsible for providing physical therapy services, ensuring quality patient care, and working in a flexible, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy as part of an in-house rehab team. Focus on achieving positive patient outcomes within a supportive, family-focused senior care environment.

Qualifications

Evidence-based practice Patient-centered care Physical Therapy Teamwork

Must be a licensed Physical Therapist in Tennessee and a graduate of an APTA-accredited BS, MS, or DPT program. Experience in skilled nursing facilities (SNF) is preferred but not required.
