Job summary

The Controller will lead financial operations, integration of acquired healthcare entities, oversee accounting systems, manage the month-end close, ensure compliance and regulatory filings, and build a scalable accounting infrastructure in a high-growth healthcare company.

Responsibilities

Lead the integration of acquired healthcare businesses into a unified accounting structure and prepare the company for its first financial audit in 2026. Oversee the transition to a modern ERP system and manage core accounting functions including payroll, tax, and treasury for a multi-entity organization.
