Job summary

Provide frontline operational support for cryptocurrency exchanges, troubleshooting issues, coordinating resolutions, supporting onboarding of clients, and improving operational processes.

Responsibilities

The specialist will provide real-time functional and technical support for electronic trading and clearing systems across the CDE and Deribit exchanges. They will also coordinate with product and development teams to manage platform updates, resolve customer inquiries, and execute deployment testing.
