Job summary

Registered Nurse (RN) for 6B Medical Unit working three 12-hour night shifts weekly, caring for adult patients with acute and chronic conditions such as pneumonia, diabetes, COPD, and altered mental status, in a hospital setting in Wilmington, DE.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will provide acute and chronic medical care to adult patients on a 40-bed medical unit. Responsibilities include implementing a relationship-based care model while managing patient diagnoses such as pneumonia, diabetes, and COPD.

Qualifications

acute care BLS communication skills critical thinking diagnosis management documentation med/surg experience patient care relationship-based care teamwork

Candidates must hold a valid RN license in Delaware or a Compact State and possess at least one year of med/surg experience. A BSN is preferred, and BLS certification is required.
