Job summary

This position is for a recent or upcoming nurse graduate, providing perioperative care in the operating room. The role involves learning scrub and circulate techniques, clinical development, and supporting patient care in a Magnet-recognized unit with diverse specialties.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality, compassionate patient care within the operating room while participating in the Perioperative 101 fellowship program. Responsibilities include scrubbing and circulating during surgical procedures and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams on process improvement.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold an Associate of Nursing (ASN) degree and a current Indiana Registered Nurse license, with a Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the AHA is required, and candidates must have graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
