Job summary

Provides patient care and support including hygiene, nutrition, ambulation, and safety under supervision, documenting accurately, and responding promptly to residents' needs.

Responsibilities

Provides direct patient care support including hygiene, nutrition, and safety services while documenting resident information accurately. Performs regular rounds, monitors vital signs, and assists with patient mobility and medical treatments as directed by the Charge Nurse.

Requires an active Certified Nurse Assistant certification and CPR certification, or the willingness to obtain CPR certification within six months. Candidates should have the physical ability to lift, transfer, and move patients weighing over 200 lbs using proper techniques.
