Job summary

Support independence by providing personal care, medication assistance, mobility help, meal preparation, light domestic duties, companionship, and monitoring health for vulnerable adults in a community homecare setting, working collaboratively with families and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

Provide essential personal care, medication assistance, and domestic support to vulnerable adults in their own homes. Build meaningful relationships through companionship while monitoring health and maintaining accurate care documentation.

Qualifications

Communication Compassion Problem-solving Resilience

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are strictly required. Ideally, candidates should have at least 6 months of social care experience and the right to work in the UK.
