Responsibilities

The technician will deliver Tier 1 technical support and execute advanced network upgrades for US Federal Government customers. They are responsible for drafting network test plans, performing audits, and collaborating with internal teams to drive deployment process improvements.

Qualifications

Candidates must have a technical or bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering and 8-12 years of relevant experience. Expertise in Ciena 6500 products, US citizenship, and a valid driver's license are mandatory.
