Job summary

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for implementing, managing, and analyzing digital marketing systems, SEO initiatives, and analytics to support a growing multi-family property portfolio. The role requires technical expertise, data-driven decision making, and experience with marketing performance tools.

Responsibilities

Implement and optimize marketing technology, SEO, local search, and emerging AI-search initiatives across the property portfolio, coordinating with vendors and supporting scalable workflows. Analyze digital performance and attribution using analytics tools, report on key indicators, evaluate pilots, and identify opportunities to improve property-level and portfolio-wide results.

Requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience, with approximately 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, marketing technology, SEO, analytics, or a related discipline. Candidates should have working knowledge of SEO and experience with GA4, Google Search Console, marketing dashboards, and performance data, along with strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills.
