Job summary

Seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer specialized in Fire Protection design for industrial applications, particularly in power, energy, and chemical industries. Responsible for detailed fire protection system design, vendor communication, field testing, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead the detailed design of underground and above-ground fire protection systems for industrial and EPC projects. Prepare equipment specifications, conduct hydraulic studies, and support the design of HVAC and plumbing systems.

Qualifications

AFT Fathom software fire protection fire protection design fire water system hydraulic analysis International Fire Code NFPA technical document checking Troubleshooting vendor management

Requires over ten years of fire protection design experience in industrial applications and familiarity with NFPA and International Fire Code. A Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred, along with experience in hydraulic analysis software.
