Job summary

Transportation Engineering Intern supporting highway, bridge, traffic, and airport infrastructure projects, assisting with design, drafting, calculations, and field inspections.

Responsibilities

The intern will assist engineers in preparing contract documents, reports, and structural calculations for various civil and infrastructure projects. Responsibilities also include performing computer-aided design, drafting, quantity take-offs, and conducting field inspections.

Qualifications

AutoCAD civil engineering computer aided design drafting Excel field inspection MicroStation structural design software structural engineering transportation engineering

Candidates must be enrolled in at least their junior year of a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in civil or structural engineering. Applicants should possess strong communication skills, time management abilities, and proficiency in standard office and design software.
