Regional Sales Manager MRO - SE

Build and manage a regional network of authorized distributors, train their teams, and support sales through customer visits and direct relationships with end users, EPCs, and OEMs. Promote Velan products, secure specifications and purchasing agreements, coordinate customer needs with corporate teams, and maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and reports.

Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience, and at least five years of B2B industrial sales experience. Candidates should understand valve products and relevant industries, have experience managing territories and indirect sales channels, communicate effectively, use CRM and Microsoft Office, and be willing to travel extensively with a valid driver’s license.
