Job summary

Seeking a reliable Continental Engineer with experience in plant maintenance, diagnostics, repair, and equipment support in an FMCG manufacturing setting, preferably within the food industry. Responsibilities include equipment diagnostics, preventative and reactive maintenance, fault diagnosis, repairs, and supporting installations, ensuring safety standards and efficient plant operation.

Responsibilities

The Continental Engineer will perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic plant equipment. They will also manage maintenance records via CMMS and support equipment installations and upgrades to ensure operational reliability.

Qualifications

Diagnostics Electrical Equipment Support and Installation Fault Diagnosis GMP Health & Safety Standards Mechanical Preventative Maintenance Repair Root Cause Analysis

Candidates must be a qualified electrical or mechanical tradesperson with proven experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles and Microsoft Office are required.
