Job summary

This position requires a licensed registered nurse to provide patient-centered emergency care, develop nursing care plans, educate patients and families, collaborate with healthcare teams, and ensure quality and safety standards in an emergency setting.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse provides patient- and family-centered care by developing individualized nursing plans and addressing physical, psychological, and social needs. Responsibilities include administering medications, performing patient assessments, and collaborating with inter-professional teams to ensure safe, high-quality care.

Qualifications

Basic Life Support (BLS) Communication Critical Thinking Cultural Competency Discharge Planning Health Information Documentation Medication Administration Patient Care Patient Education Teamwork

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an active RN license in the state of practice and BLS certification. A BSN degree and at least one year of experience in an acute care setting are strongly preferred.
