Job summary

The PRN Home Infusion Nurse provides basic direct patient care in a home or alternative infusion site, including administering treatments, medications, patient education, and documentation, under supervision. Requires RN license, infusion experience, and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, continuous, and compliant patient care.

Responsibilities

Provide direct infusion nursing care to patients in their homes or alternate sites following a physician's plan of care. Responsibilities include administering medications, educating patients and families, and maintaining real-time clinical documentation.

Qualifications

Requires an active and unrestricted RN license and current CPR certification. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, access to a vehicle, and 0-2 years of infusion nursing experience.
