Job summary

Provide outpatient nursing care supporting a family medicine clinician, including assessments, treatments, patient monitoring, documentation, and collaboration with care teams.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, and implement patient care while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. They are responsible for monitoring patient conditions, administering treatments, and maintaining accurate documentation within the electronic health record.

Qualifications
