Job summary

The Registered Nurse will provide patient care on the post-surgical unit, assessing needs, planning and implementing care, responding to emergencies, and collaborating with the healthcare team, with a focus on adults, pediatrics, adolescents, and geriatrics.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse provides continuity of care and acts as a patient advocate through systematic assessments and the implementation of goal-directed care plans. They are responsible for managing medical/surgical patient needs and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure positive patient outcomes.

Qualifications
