Job summary

Gong is seeking a Compensation Director to lead global compensation strategy, programs, and operations in a high-growth, pre-IPO technology environment. Responsible for designing and scaling compensation infrastructure, advising senior leadership, and ensuring competitive, equitable pay structures.

Responsibilities

Lead the global strategy, design, and execution of compensation programs including base, variable, and equity pay. Partner with executive leadership and Finance to align compensation frameworks with business objectives in a pre-IPO environment.
