The Civils Team Leader manages civil engineering tasks related to drainage and pipeline repairs, ensuring safety compliance, coordinating team operations, liaising with stakeholders, and maintaining equipment. Responsibilities

The Team Leader will coordinate and manage a frontline workforce to deliver planned and reactive civil engineering and drainage works safely. Responsibilities include conducting dynamic risk assessments, managing site commercial documentation, and ensuring team compliance with health and safety legislation.

Qualifications

CIPP lining civil engineering customer liaison driving handling tools health and safety pipe bursting plant and equipment maintenance risk assessments utilities

Candidates must have previous industry experience in civil engineering, utilities, and pipeline repair techniques such as CIPP lining. A valid UK driving licence and proficient knowledge of WRC Sewers standards are required.
