Responsibilities

The IT Support Specialist is responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity for employees. They also manage onboarding and off-boarding processes while maintaining documentation and standard operating procedures for IT support.

Qualifications

Active Directory Firewalls/Security help desk IT support Jira and Confluence Microsoft Office Networking Scripting Troubleshooting Windows OS

Candidates must have 4-5 years of experience in IT support and proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Office, and various IT management tools. Strong communication skills and the ability to lift 50 pounds are required, along with basic knowledge of network security and hardware maintenance.
