Job summary

Join AutoZone as a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to assist customers, manage inventory, provide automotive advice, and support store operations in a retail automotive environment.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with automotive parts and solutions, provide product recommendations and diagnostic support, and deliver positive customer service. Maintain inventory and store organization, follow sales and safety procedures, and collaborate with teammates to support store performance.

Qualifications

Automotive Parts Knowledge Communication Skills Customer Service Diagnostics Support Inventory Management Point of Sale (POS) Systems Product Knowledge Safety Procedures Teamwork

Applicants must be at least 16 years old, able to lift, load, and deliver merchandise, and available for a flexible schedule that may include mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime. Basic automotive knowledge, automotive retail experience, ASE certification, and strong communication skills in English and Spanish are preferred.
