The Nursing Administrator is a registered professional nurse with progressive administrative experience, leading hospital operations on assigned evening, night, weekend and holiday shifts. They support the CNO, Nursing Directors, Nurse Managers, Assistant Nurse Managers and Hospital/site leadership in the management of clinical units/specialty areas, fulfilling responsibilities for hospital and patient care services. Serving as the senior administrative representative for the organization during evening, night, weekend and holidays, the Nursing Administrator ensures the safe, efficient, and effective delivery of patient care while promoting operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and exceptional patient and staff experience
