Job summary

The Care Assistant role involves supporting individuals in their own homes through personal care, medication assistance, mobility support, meal preparation, light domestic duties, and offering companionship. Responsibilities

Provide essential personal care, medication assistance, and domestic support to help service users remain independent in their own homes. Build meaningful relationships with clients while monitoring their health and collaborating with families and healthcare professionals.
