Job summary

Responsible for supporting commercial insurance clients by reviewing documentation, maintaining relationships, and assisting with renewal processes, supporting high customer satisfaction and compliance.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for building rapport with new and existing clients while working closely with the Branch Manager to achieve objectives. Additionally, you will assist Commercial Account Executives in maintaining high levels of renewal retention and ensuring compliance with FCA requirements.

Qualifications

Candidates must possess strong attention to detail for reviewing client documentation and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You should be willing to learn and capable of processing data accurately to support high levels of client service.
