The Parts Specialist provides high-quality customer service for retail and installer customers, assists with store operations, product sales, and in-store vehicle services, and supports management. Bilingual candidates encouraged. Requires multitasking, customer service skills, and knowledge of automotive parts and systems.

Responsibilities

The Parts Specialist provides high-level customer service by assisting retail and professional customers with parts selection and inquiries. They also support store operations through inventory management, cash handling, and performing basic in-store automotive services.

Qualifications

automotive parts automotive sales or service experience bilingual (Spanish) cash handling cataloging system (Weatherly index) communication skills customer service in-store services (battery testing, vehicle code scanning) multitasking operating brake lathe

Candidates must have the ability to multitask and match alphanumeric sequences while providing professional customer service. Familiarity with automotive parts and cataloging systems is desired, and ASE certification is a plus.
