Responsibilities

The Multi-Skilled Operative will perform high-quality repairs and maintenance across various trades in occupied social housing properties. Responsibilities include completing kitchen refurbishments, addressing plumbing and carpentry issues, and ensuring all work meets safety and service standards.

Qualifications

Carpentry Customer Service Decorating Fault Finding Health and Safety Painting Plastering Plumbing Problem Solving Tiling

Candidates must have proven experience in domestic repairs across multiple trades, including carpentry, plumbing, and tiling. A full UK driving licence and the ability to work independently in occupied homes are essential requirements.
