Job summary

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at a skilled nursing community, responsible for supervising, providing, and directing nursing care for seniors in compliance with policies, supervising nursing assistants, and ensuring effective communication and proper documentation.

Responsibilities

The nurse will supervise and provide direct nursing care to residents in compliance with facility policies and procedures. They are also responsible for assigning tasks to nursing assistants and ensuring accurate, confidential documentation of resident information.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold an active Ohio Nursing Licensure in good standing and be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing. 1-2 years of nursing experience is preferred for this role.
