Job summary

Support, troubleshoot, install, and maintain Beckman Coulter diagnostic equipment in the Houston, TX area, focusing on automation and chemistry systems, ensuring customer satisfaction and technical excellence.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, install, validate, maintain, modify, and repair Beckman Coulter Automation and Chemistry equipment, while providing efficient customer service and technical training. Maintain service records, order repair parts, use business systems for service planning, communicate with customers and colleagues, and help train newer Field Service Engineers.

Applicants need an associate degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent military experience, or a high school diploma with at least three years of experience. The role also requires at least one year diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, robotic, electronic, or instrumentation equipment, a valid driver’s license with an acceptable record, travel availability, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
