Job summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct nursing care to residents, collaborates with healthcare teams, and ensures residents' physical and psychological well-being in a senior living community.

Responsibilities

The LPN directs resident care and collaborates with physicians and multi-disciplinary team members to provide physical and psychological support. They are responsible for delivering person-centered care that respects the autonomy and dignity of all residents.

Qualifications

Caregiving Communication Compassion LPN license Nursing

Candidates must be graduates of an approved nursing program and hold a valid Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license and CPR certification. At least 6 months of direct care nursing practice is desired, with a preference for long-term care experience.
