Job summary

Provides comprehensive nursing care as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a long-term care facility, including assessments, medication administration, wound care, and supervision of staff, ensuring regulatory compliance and emotional support for residents.

Responsibilities

The Licensed Practical Nurse will conduct clinical assessments, oversee direct nursing care, and administer medications while ensuring compliance with facility protocols. They will also serve as a clinical leader by coordinating care and supervising nursing assistants to maintain high-quality resident support.
