Job summary

Coordinate logistics and shipment operations, ensuring timely deliveries and communication with carriers, clients, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

The Operations Associate monitors shipment status from pickup to delivery and maintains accurate records in the TMS. They also coordinate with carriers and internal teams to ensure service level expectations are met and documentation is secured.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel. A high school diploma or GED is required, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
