Job summary

The Sales Dev AI Programs Team leads the development and management of AI-driven prospecting programs within Databricks, focusing on outcomes, measurement, governance, and adoption across sales organization. The role calls for an operationally rigorous, AI-fluent program manager who can drive strategic improvement, implement high-volume prospecting workflows, and collaborate across functions to enhance sales effectiveness.

Responsibilities

The Product Adoption Manager will serve as a strategic partner to Sales and Field Engineering leadership to drive product adoption and platform health. They will lead executive analyses, manage GTM planning processes, and provide operational visibility through performance tracking and reporting.

Qualifications

AI tools Change Management Data Analysis Operational Strategy Program Management Program Ownership SQL Stakeholder Management Technical Depth (Databricks, Genie, custom agents)

Candidates must have 7+ years of experience in strategy and operations, such as enterprise SaaS, consulting, or investment banking. Strong analytical skills, technical fluency in AI and data tools, and the ability to communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders are required.
