Responsibilities

The Life Enrichment Assistant helps coordinate and facilitate resident activity programs to foster a vibrant community environment. They also provide one-to-one programming for residents and assist in the setup of special events and holiday decorations.

Qualifications

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and possess strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff. A valid driver's license, food handler's card, and the ability to pass a criminal background check are required.
