Job summary

The Lead Community Outreach Specialist is a senior role responsible for executing outreach activities, guiding and supporting outreach team members, developing community partnerships, and providing peer recovery support services when assigned. Key responsibilities include outreach and enrollment leadership, community partner development, team mentorship, training, and ensuring service delivery compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead community outreach activities and member enrollment while providing guidance, coaching, and onboarding support to Outreach Specialists. Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with healthcare providers and community organizations to increase service awareness and referral growth.

Qualifications

Requires 2-3 years of experience in community outreach or healthcare engagement and the ability to travel up to 75%. Candidates must have lived experience with recovery and be working toward or hold a Peer Support Specialist certification.
