Responsibilities

Support residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs by assisting with activities of daily living. Implement personalized care plans and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure timely resident care.

Qualifications

Assistance with daily living Clinical coordination CNA Companionship Patient Care Personal care plans Resident activities

Must be at least 18 years old with a current state CNA certification and basic computer skills. A minimum of one year of CNA/GNA experience and CPR certification are preferred.
