Job summary

An entry-level sales position supporting DIY sales and services in an automotive retail store. Responsibilities include customer service, inventory management, basic automotive services, and using store systems. Requires good communication, safety knowledge, and some automotive knowledge.

Responsibilities

Provide sales and service to do-it-yourself customers in person and by phone, meet individual sales goals, and support store sales objectives. Perform basic automotive services, maintain store standards, manage inventory tasks, and deliver parts to customers when needed.
