As a Team Leader, you’ll lead by example, making sure the team have everything they need so the shift runs like clockwork! You’ll make sure the team maintain high standards and that our customers are kept happy.

Responsibilities

The Team Leader is responsible for coordinating the team during busy shifts to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently. They must also maintain high standards of service and ensure the bar environment remains safe, clean, and compliant with legal requirements.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, the ability to think on their feet, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Proficiency in spoken and written English is required to ensure safety and proper understanding of allergen controls.
