Job summary

Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced LLM-based and agentic AI systems focused on extracting and reasoning over medical and application data. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize AI models, evaluate system performance, and ensure reliable deployment at scale.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy advanced LLM-based and agentic systems to extract and reason over medical records and application data. Own the evaluation harnesses and guardrails to ensure system reliability and performance in a production environment.

Qualifications

AI Systems Cloud Platforms (AWS) Containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes) Evaluation Frameworks Large Language Models Machine Learning ML Frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) Natural Language Processing Prompt Engineering Python

Requires 6+ years of experience in ML/AI with deep expertise in NLP, LLMs, and agentic architectures. Strong proficiency in Python, backend infrastructure, and cloud platforms is essential for scaling production systems.
