Job summary

The Senior Technical Program Manager will oversee the Physical AI platform infrastructure at LILA, coordinating cross-team dependencies, managing reliability and scalability programs, and driving the platform roadmap and risk mitigation strategies in a highly technical environment.

Responsibilities

You will own the Physical AI platform roadmap, sequencing delivery across engineering teams and managing cross-team dependencies. Additionally, you will establish operational rigor by implementing SLOs, launch readiness reviews, and incident management processes.
