Responsibilities

The Senior GMP Maintenance Technician will ensure the reliability, safety, and compliance of manufacturing equipment through structured troubleshooting and maintenance planning. They will also lead small capital projects, mentor technical staff, and manage external contractors within a cGMP environment.

Qualifications

cGMP CMMS (Maximo, SAP PM) FAT/SAT/IOQ FMEA Maintenance PLC Controls Preventive Maintenance Reliability Engineering Root Cause Analysis Troubleshooting

Candidates must hold a Level 3 Certificate in an engineering discipline and possess 3 to 5 years of experience in a regulated environment. Proficiency in PLC-controlled systems, pneumatics, and technical documentation is essential for this role.
