Job summary

Seeking a Machine Learning Research Engineer to work on cutting-edge research in AI, focusing on synthetic data pipelines, agent development, and state-of-the-art model training in the enterprise GenAI space.

Responsibilities

You will build synthetic data pipelines to generate enterprise environments for reinforcement learning post-training and create agents to convert production traces into actionable insights. Additionally, you will contribute to the agent building product and train state-of-the-art models for enterprise deployment.

Qualifications

Agent Building Data Pipeline Development Large Language Models Model Training Post-training Algorithms Reinforcement Learning Research and Development Synthetic Data Generation Trace Analysis

The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience with LLMs in a production environment and a strong background in constructing high-quality data for LLM/Agent improvement. A PhD or Masters in Computer Science or a related field is preferred, along with recent publications in top conferences.
