Responsibilities

The Parts Specialist provides high-level customer service by assisting retail and professional customers with parts selection and inquiries. They also perform operational tasks including inventory management, cash handling, and maintaining store appearance.

Qualifications

auto parts knowledge bilingual (Spanish) communication customer service multitasking or-ely certification

Candidates must have the ability to match alphanumeric sequences and provide outstanding customer service while multitasking. Familiarity with automotive parts and cataloging systems is desired, and ASE certification is a plus.
