Job summary

Seeking experienced Floor Manager responsible for leading store performance, managing teams, overseeing daily operations, and implementing strategic plans to achieve business goals in a luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities

Lead the store's retail managers and sales advisors, driving commercial performance, sales targets, customer satisfaction, and team development. Oversee daily operations, stock, wage controls, audits, and visual standards while working with the Store Manager and other stakeholders to meet business objectives.

Requires at least three years of management experience in premium or luxury fashion retail, with a proven record of leading teams and achieving sales targets. Candidates should have strong customer service and product knowledge, experience managing budgets and stock, and a solid understanding of retail operations, merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention.
