Job summary

Responsibilities

Develop and manage relationships with water utility customers, build a pipeline of growth opportunities, and execute account and sales strategies. Identify customer needs and business challenges, present GIS-based solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to support customer success.

Qualifications

Account Management Customer Relations GIS Sales Strategic Planning Water Industry

Requires at least two years of enterprise sales or relevant consulting or program management experience, a bachelor's degree in GIS, business administration, or a related field, and demonstrated ability to build trusted customer partnerships. Candidates should be able to manage accounts and opportunities, understand industry and technology trends, negotiate and present solutions, and travel 25–50%; GIS and water utility industry knowledge is preferred.
