In Room Dining - Room Service Server at Four Seasons involves delivering food and beverage orders directly to guests' rooms, providing personalized service, setting up and clearing tables, processing transactions, assisting with food prep, and working collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless guest experiences in a luxury hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms and villas while ensuring high standards of quality, presentation, and timeliness. Maintain service stations and assist with order taking while providing personalized, attentive service to guests.

Qualifications

Attention to Detail Communication Skills Customer Service Food & Beverage Service Food Preparation Hospitality

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card. At least one year of experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, along with the physical ability to carry trays and work in varying conditions.
